As an accomplished professional in the realms of engineering, business, and entrepreneurship, Marcus has cultivated a remarkable trajectory marked by academic excellence and entrepreneurial acumen. Marcus’s  educational foundation, comprising a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Neu-Ulm University of Applied Science, laid the groundwork for his multifaceted career alongside an Executive Master’s in Business & Leadership for Engineers from Zeppelin University, which helped hone his strategic vision and leadership capabilities.

Marcus is recognized as the driving force behind several impactful ventures. He assumed the role of Founder at CONDEZA in South Africa in 2019, concurrently co-founding Spiderweb Labs (Pty) Ltd. and establishing Bloom Ventures (Pty) Ltd. to foster innovative solutions and entrepreneurship in the South African landscape.

Expanding their purview internationally, Marcus became the Founder & Executive Board Member of WENERT Industries starting in 2021, contributing expertise in business development and strategic leadership across borders.
